Microwaved & Not Rubbery!
These are similar to the Swiss Steaks they sell. Great for burgers on a bun. I prefer these to frozen vegetarian burger patties that can be dry and rubbery in texture. These are adaptable to any chopped steak recipe in my opinion. Baked, grilled and even microwaved these. They held up and were edible. Seasoning them to taste was easy as they have a mild flavor on their own.

I grew up eating Worthington foods. These are delicious. The only drawback is that they are so incredibly expensive. :(
